Individual Therapy for Teens, Neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ Support

Ages 14+

High school is hard, navigating friendships or romantic relationships is hard, school work and extracurriculars is hard, your plate feels so full it’s overflowing (and not in a good way), you’re anxious thinking about what your next steps in life will be, let alone figuring out who you even are (including gender identity/expression and sexuality). If you are feeling lost and overwhelmed, I get it, and I can help.

I absolutely love working with people like you who are trying their best to figure out this part of life. If you are struggling with things that don’t necessarily require family therapy, feel free to reach out. I have helped many teens navigate this part of life, identity who they are (and accept that that may shift over time), find balance, learn how to socialize is a way that feels safe and fulfilling, build systems and routines to support a variety of executive function abilities, help manage anxiety and depression, and figure out the nitty gritty of academics and work beyond high school. Struggle and grinding doesn’t necessarily have to be part of your current situation, so let’s figure out a way to help you help yourself and get support.

Individual Therapy for Complex Trauma, Neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ Support

Ages 18+

If you're navigating the lasting effects of complex trauma, especially from childhood, you may feel its impact in many areas of life, including your relationships, your body, and your sense of self. You might experience persistent shame, physical pain with no clear medical cause, or difficulty forming and maintaining safe, supportive connections. As a trauma therapist trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), I provide a grounded and compassionate space for individuals to reconnect with their inner selves and begin the work of healing.

I work with clients who carry deep emotional wounds, including those who identify as neurodivergent (autistic and/or ADHD) and folks within the LGBTQIA+ community, with particular experience supporting trans and nonbinary individuals. My approach is integrative and client-centered, honoring the ways trauma affects the nervous system, identity, and attachment. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic emotional or physical symptoms, or you're ready to explore your internal world with greater curiosity and care, individual therapy can help you move toward more self-understanding, self-compassion, and wholeness.

Say Less

Does the idea of spilling your guts give you so much anxiety that you avoid therapy all together? I can work with you in a way that will require little to no talking at all. Reach out via email if this is how you’d like to work with me.
