Feel more calm, compassionate, and connected.

Are you afraid that family therapy will just end up being a hot mess where everyone leaves pissed off at each other (more than usual)? Have you wanted to work on family issues where you and your teen both feel heard? What if I told you there was a way to work on your relationship with your teen without shoving you both in the same room together and having an explosion happen?

Through my unique therapeutic approach which I call “Family Parallel Therapy,” you and your teen will receive alternating weeks of individual therapy, and yoga together one to two times per month. With hard work and time, I can help you both get to a point where you enjoy being around each other again, or maybe for the first time ever.

Say Less

Does the idea of spilling your guts give you so much anxiety that you avoid therapy all together? I can work with you in a way that will require little to no talking at all. Reach out via email if this is how you’d like to work with me.
